Non-Returnable Items:
Custom engraved products are made specifically for you based on your unique design and specifications. As such, they are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is an error or defect caused by us.
If your product arrives with a defect or if the engraving does not match the approved design or specifications you provided, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund in cases where:
- There is a manufacturing defect.
- The engraving does not match the design you approved.
Customer Responsibility:
Please double-check all design details, including text, spelling, fonts, and images, before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for errors in the information provided by the customer.

Custom engravings take up to 10 business days to complete, depending on the complexity of the design and volume of orders. However, we do our best to complete your order ASAP. We will notify you once your order is ready to ship.
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We might be able to accommodate changes before the engraving process begins, but there are no guarantees. Once the engraving is completed, we’re unable to modify it.
We offer both single-item and bulk engraving services. There is no minimum order for custom engravings, but discounts may apply to larger orders.
Yes, we provide free standard shipping when you order 50 hats or more.
