Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.
Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within [48 hours] of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
- For lost or delayed shipments, please reach out to us so we can assist with filing a claim with the carrier.
Returns and Exchanges
- Custom engraved products are made specifically for you based on your unique design and specifications. As such, they are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is an error or defect caused by us.
